廣受社會(huì)關(guān)注的《最佳醫(yī)院排行榜》等榜單是獨(dú)立第三方的醫(yī)院管理學(xué)術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)——復(fù)旦大學(xué)醫(yī)院管理研究所，開展的公益性項(xiàng)目，評(píng)審者中包括來(lái)自中華醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)和醫(yī)師學(xué)會(huì)的知名專家。今年專家?guī)鞂＜铱倲?shù)達(dá)3969人，較去年增加了240人。本年度的最佳醫(yī)院排行榜將急癥醫(yī)學(xué)、重癥醫(yī)學(xué)和臨床藥學(xué)納入評(píng)比，參評(píng)學(xué)科總數(shù)達(dá)到了37個(gè)。復(fù)旦版醫(yī)院排行榜借鑒延續(xù)27年的美國(guó)best?hospital專家評(píng)議的方法，充分結(jié)合中國(guó)的現(xiàn)實(shí)國(guó)情，采信符合中國(guó)國(guó)情的權(quán)威第三方數(shù)據(jù)，運(yùn)用科學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)姆椒ㄟM(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)。在榜單評(píng)比中，專家調(diào)查問(wèn)卷“聲譽(yù)評(píng)估法”權(quán)重占80%，每年的科研論文、科研成果產(chǎn)出占20%。其中，讓“最了解情況的同行專家來(lái)評(píng)選本?？频淖罴厌t(yī)院”、讓最懂“學(xué)科建設(shè)的專家”來(lái)評(píng)醫(yī)院的“?？坡曌u(yù)”也是復(fù)旦版排行榜堅(jiān)持的原則。

山東省眼科醫(yī)院于2004年由國(guó)內(nèi)眼科界唯一的中國(guó)工程院院士---謝立信教授創(chuàng)辦，是山東省委省政府做大做強(qiáng)?“山東大眼科”，發(fā)揮院士效應(yīng)的重要舉措，是山東省眼科研究所“做大做強(qiáng)”的重要步驟，也是國(guó)內(nèi)最大的集醫(yī)療、教學(xué)、科研、防盲為一體的國(guó)有省級(jí)三級(jí)甲等眼科?？漆t(yī)院之一。?

??醫(yī)院是我國(guó)角膜病診療、科研的龍頭單位，全國(guó)最主要的角膜移植手術(shù)中心之一。在各種眼燒傷、角膜感染、圓錐角膜、飛秒激光輔助的角膜移植、內(nèi)皮移植等疑難角膜病治療方面具有突出的專家、技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)和創(chuàng)新能力。是國(guó)內(nèi)唯一出版角膜病系列專著（前后共5部，500余萬(wàn)字）的單位。還是國(guó)內(nèi)疑難白內(nèi)障、兒童白內(nèi)障、視網(wǎng)膜眼底疾病診療的重要基地，是國(guó)內(nèi)極少數(shù)能夠完成眼部大貫穿手術(shù)（角膜移植聯(lián)合玻璃體切除治療復(fù)雜眼外傷等眼前后段聯(lián)合手術(shù)）的單位之一。?
??在世界眼科領(lǐng)域排名第一的學(xué)術(shù)雜志《Ophthalmology》發(fā)表12篇，排行國(guó)內(nèi)第一。憑借在角膜及眼表手術(shù)方面的多項(xiàng)創(chuàng)新，榮獲國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)，是近20年來(lái)省內(nèi)唯一獲得2項(xiàng)國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)的單位。?

The National Best Specialized Hospital Rankings 2015 has been released, Shandong Eye Institute continues to be among the Top Ten

?On November 13, 2016, the Hospital Management Institute of Fudan University released the National Best Specialized Hospital Rankings 2015, which evaluates the key factors of each hospital including discipline construction, clinical technology, quality of medical treatment and scientific research level. 37 specialties are included, for each specialty, the top ten hospitals and the nominated hospitals are listed. Shandong Eye Institute continues to be among the top ten eye hospitals in China.

The above-mentioned evaluation of the hospitals in China, which has attracted great attention, is a public welfare project carried out by the Hospital Management Institute of Fudan University, an independent third-party hospital management academic institution. Well-known experts from the Chinese Medical Association and the Chinese Medical Doctor Association also participate in the evaluation. This year, there were 3969 experts in total, 240 more than last year. The Hospital Rankings this year have taken emergency medicine, intensive care medicine and clinical pharmacy into consideration, the number of subjects involved increasing to 37. The institute has learned from the expert review method of America’s Best Hospital, which has been used for 27 years. Combining with national conditions, the institute adopts authoritative third-party data in line with China’s present conditions to conduct the statistical analysis in a scientific and rigorous way. In the assessment, the “Reputation Evaluation” in the expert questionnaire accounts for 80% and the annual research papers and scientific achievements account for 20%. Hospital Management Institute of Fudan University has adhered to the principles of “inviting the experts in the profession who know the specialty most to evaluate the hospitals” and “inviting the experts who know discipline construction most to evaluate the specialty reputation”.

Shandong Eye Institute (Qingdao Eye Hospital, Shandong Eye Hospital) has been among the Top Ten of the ophthalmic hospital rankings for consecutive eight years, being the only specialized eye hospital of Shandong province that was listed. In the “Regional Specialty Rankings 2015”, Shandong Eye Institute (Qingdao Eye Hospital, Shandong Eye Hospital) ranked fourth in the Ophthalmology Professional Reputation Rankings of Hospitals in Eastern China, being the only specialized eye hospital of Shandong province that was listed.
